I almost forgot! The latest Low Carb Luxury magazine is out with my chocolate zucchini cake recipe. Here's the column link directly: Abundance, Serendipity, Dessert.
I'm not sure what's going on over there since I didn't even receive an acknowledgement of receipt for the column, but eh, no biggie. There was no editing weirdness this time, although they did strip out some italics I had included. Another thing I noticed is that I used to be in the back of the magazine, and now I'm in the front, literally the first column. Hmmmm... does that mean anything? I'm thinking it probably does. I'm also thinking I need to start getting packages out to newspapers, etc and start trying to generate some income...after the surgery.
I really need to get off my butt and figure out what I'm going to use for an HTML editor on this new machine. I suppose I could do it on the old machine, but that's just torture: the monitor is tiny! The MILC site is woefully out of date. Grrrr.
Anyway: if you find yourself with an over-abundance of zucchini, grate some up and try this cake. It really knocked our socks off.
